Hello. I am CEO Jeong Byeong-seong, who operates three corporations: Ino Co., Ltd., Trade Co., Ltd., and Papa Meat Processing Co., Ltd. Currently, Papa Meat Processing Co., Ltd. is our team's third business, and is a company that is being operated with the goal of becoming the number one online butcher shop.
"Papa's Butchery," the representative brand of Papa Meat Processing, is a brand that team members are working together to create and grow to overcome the limitations of existing offline butchery shops and establish themselves as the number one online butchery shop in Korea.
All team members at Papa Meat Processing Co., Ltd. understand the overall work including product planning, advertising, marketing, and design on each platform (Naver, Coupang, ESM, Toss Shopping, etc.), and in particular, most of the employees are people who have trusted and followed our management team even though the headquarters was relocated from Busan to Bucheon.
One of our biggest strengths is our young age, with an average age of 28. This has enabled us to make quick decisions and grow rapidly, which in turn has allowed us to provide benefits such as improved treatment and salary increases to our employees.
