Manufacturing (1 person)
You will be responsible for the overall work of making rice cakes.
The main tasks are preparing the ingredients for grinding rice, steaming it, and shaping it.
We will start you off right away with training on how to make rice cakes and how to use the machines. (This is not a place where you are just given a job.)
As long as you can carry a 20kg bag of rice without any problems, there is no reason to be disqualified from working.
(If you have a herniated disc in your back or neck, please contact us in advance as you will be lifting heavy objects.)
The entire manufacturing facility is designed for a height of approximately 170 cm. Please keep this in mind.
+Due to the nature of the job, the daily workload may vary depending on the number of orders, so you may occasionally be required to arrive early.
That's why the basic salary includes additional pay for 9 hours of overtime and 9 hours of night work.
In addition to the basic additional allowance provided, additional allowance is paid for overtime work.
Salary starts at 225 and increases sequentially as the job becomes more proficient.
The average work week is 4.5 days!!!!
Considering the physically demanding nature of the rice cake shop work environment, we have set the working hours short.
Some people come to work early and leave work early, then work a second job in the afternoon.
(You can work two jobs, but please don't let it cause any problems with our attendance!)
