Article 11 (Return of recruitment documents, etc.) ① If a job seeker (excluding a confirmed candidate for employment) requests the return of application documents after the employment of the job seeker has been confirmed, the employer must return the documents in accordance with the Presidential Decree after verifying the applicant’s identity.
