We are a mid-sized company manufacturing aluminum extrusion products with annual sales of 60 billion won.

Factory 2: Daemyeong-ri, Daegod-myeon, Gimpo-si

Factory 3: Located in Noejori, Jori-eup, Paju-si (new factory).

Increase sales and secure export customers, due to aging of field managers

We are recruiting new (beginner/experienced) operators to lead our company.

The parts being recruited are the production part and shipping part.
(Except for the on-site manager, most of them are foreigners.)

Currently we are only hiring at the head office (we have dormitories)

There is no limit to the number of applicants, but we only accept those who have a passionate and enterprising mindset.

We plan to hire as many people as possible.


The working conditions are as follows:

1. All factory dormitories available

2. After a 3-month contract period (without salary disadvantage) before full-time employment, a final review is conducted.

The conversion to regular employment is scheduled to take place.

3. Commuting times vary by department and to avoid traffic congestion due to geographical conditions.

It happens in a relatively quick time.

4. One of the five production parts may have a two-shift system, day and night.

5. Welfare benefits include child education funds, long-term service awards, and excellent employee awards.

6. During the training period, there will be no change in salary, but the position may be changed to employee.
