- New employees can sign up for the Shipbuilding Industry Tomorrow Filling Savings Plan (if there is no work history in the shipbuilding industry within the past 3 months)
- 500,000 won for 6 months of service for youth (Korean nationals under 39 years of age) and 1 million won for 1 year of service
- Beginners are welcome, experience preferred, and those with industrial safety qualifications preferred
