This is Donghaeng Real Estate located near Geumchon IC in Paju.
As someone who has changed careers from working in an IT company, my experience and career in various fields can be an asset in the real estate business.

I am mainly working on consulting on factories, warehouses, land, and construction development in the Goyang/Paju area, but I am looking for someone to join me as it is too burdensome to handle all the work alone.
The most important perspectives I consider are trust, reputation, and a passionate desire to grow, rather than ability.

We are looking for someone to join us in creating a great real estate business from good to great.

The work is divided into rental parts excluding sales, and the process is as follows.

1. Factory/warehouse real estate property excavation
2. Item storage and item securing
3. Organizing items (DB)
4. Acquire customers through marketing activities (homepage/blog, etc. SNS)
5. Item & Guest Matching

We will inform you of the details of the above process separately.
Except for marketing, if you know how to use basic Excel, there is nothing particularly difficult.

*The wages are based on a 40-hour workweek. Depending on the nature of the job, personal use is required, working hours can be negotiated, and incentives can be paid based on performance.
**After being hired, I plan to sign up for the 4 major insurance plans.
