Duties
- Consultation on all matters related to immigration visas and foreigner registration/extension of stay
- Telephone complaints and consultations regarding the work of the main organization
- Guide to basic administrative life information necessary to support social adaptation of foreigners
- Handling telephone complaints in connection with other administrative agencies, etc.
- Provides 3-party telephone interpretation and translation support necessary for immigration-related work
- Support for 3-way phone calls and other ancillary tasks required for consultation with foreigners in other administrative agencies
Salary conditions

Average monthly salary of 2.19 million won (average grade for those with less than 1 year of service)
