- Able to converse at an intermediate or higher level in each language
- * Score of 1~2 on the relevant foreign language proficiency test, TOEIC level A~B, 790 or higher
- Status of residence that allows employment activities (Foreigners/F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6)
- Preference will be given to those majoring in the relevant language
- Preference will be given to those with experience in call centers and service positions.


Duties

  • Consultation on all matters related to immigration visas and foreigner registration/extension of stay
  • Telephone complaints and consultations regarding the work of the main organization
  • Guide to basic administrative life information necessary to support social adaptation of foreigners
  • Handling telephone complaints in connection with other administrative agencies, etc.
  • Provides 3-party telephone interpretation and translation support necessary for immigration-related work
  • Support for 3-way phone calls and other ancillary tasks required for consultation with foreigners in other administrative agencies


Salary conditions

Average monthly salary of 2.19 million won (average grade for those with less than 1 year of service)

- 2.14 million won for full-time work + grade allowance (maximum 100,000 won) + length of service allowance + @

- Grade allowance: Varies based on monthly performance evaluation

- Separate overtime pay

(12 months or more: 30,000 won / 24 months or more: 60,000 won / 36 months or more: 90,000 won / 60 months or more: 120,000 won)
