Loan Marketing Manager (Foreigners Only)

Job Description

1. Implement GME Finance’s existing marketing strategy.

2. Develop and execute own marketing strategies to promote existing and new products of GME Finance.

3. Work with your design team to develop online marketing content, including social media posters, videos, and other materials.

4. Work with the digital marketing team to oversee GME Finance’s social media channels, create, publish and manage Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other online advertising.

5. Create a mobile marketing plan, deploy staff, and visit factories, dormitories, and restaurants to meet customers.

6. Collaborate with your team/other teams/groups to create offline advertising materials.

7. Participate in group activities, including group mobile marketing organized by the specific group you belong to.

8. Initiate and organize individual corridor public relations campaigns and contribute to the execution of collective public relations campaigns within groups or the entire marketing team.

9. Ensure your promotional materials and marketing campaign strategies are updated regularly.

10. Prepare weekly reports for marketing meetings and provide information required for monthly group reports to group managers.

11. Enter the loan application into our internal system to begin reviewing your loan application.

12. Follow up submitted loan applications with our credit team for faster processing and release.

13. Respond to customer inquiries regarding ongoing loan accounts, repayment schedules, and other ongoing loan-related inquiries.

14. Assist in changing registered information with the assistance of the collection team.

15. Work with the collection team to contact customers or family members in and outside of Korea to collect short-term and long-term delinquent accounts.

Requirements

ㆍBachelor's/Associate's degree or higher

ㆍMore than 1 year of work experience (at least 1 year of related work experience in marketing/finance)
