⚪ Application requirements

✔ Foreigners who have stayed for more than 4 years with E-9 (non-professional employment)/E-10 (sailor employment)/H2 (visiting employment) status in the past 10 years
✔ Foreigners who are registered as foreigners at their current workplace at the time of application and are legally working
✔ Foreigners who have stayed in a non-metropolitan area (excluding Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon) for more than 3 years and have been recommended by a local government

✔ A foreigner who has an employment contract with their current employer for at least 2 years and receives an annual salary of at least 26 million won
(However, for those working in agriculture, livestock, fishing, and domestic shipping, the annual salary requirement is relaxed to 25 million won or more)
✔ Foreigners recommended by a company where they have been working for more than 1 year

✔ Support for issuing letters of recommendation from local governments
⚪ Exclusions
① A person who has been sentenced to a fine of 1 million won or more
② Tax delinquents (can apply upon full payment)
③ Those who have violated the Immigration Control Act 4 or more times
④ Those with an illegal stay history of 3 months or more
⑤ Those who are likely to harm public safety or economic and social order in the Republic of Korea

📋Required Documents
Foreigner (myself)
- Copy of passport (personal information page) , alien registration card (front and back)
- Self-evaluation sheet for the scoring system
- New technical documentation
- Standard employment contract, E-7-4 contract
- Proof of income for the past two years (issued by the tax office)
- Documents proving Korean language proficiency (TOPIK, social integration program, etc. not required)
- Personal reference letter (employer as guarantor)
Current workplace
- Copy of business registration certificate or agricultural business registration certificate (issued by the National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service)
- Tax payment certificate and local tax payment certificate
- List of 4 major insurance subscribers
- In the case of the construction industry, documents proving the construction cost (construction capability ranking confirmation, etc.)
A copy of the employer's recommendation letter and recommender's ID

- Integrated application form and power of attorney, confirmation of agency work performance
