[Job Seeker] Conversion to regionally specialized visa program (F-2/R, F-4/R)
⭐What is a regionally specialized visa program? This project was created because we believed that a vicious cycle of population decline in local areas, decline in regional vitality, and social outflow of population due to low birth rates, aging population , and concentration of population in metropolitan areas was continuing, and that a response was needed at the level of foreign policy. We also judged that customized visa issuance was necessary by reflecting the exact needs of local governments and regions in establishing foreign visa policies. Accordingly, the project is being implemented in areas with high population declines that are highly receptive to local residents. >The Ministry of the Interior and Safety designated 89 areas with population decline based on the '21.10 8 indicators' *annual average population growth rate, population density, youth net migration rate, weekly population, aging rate, child ratio, crude birth rate, and financial independence , and 66 local governments were selected.
