A1. Our company is a strong enterprise with 26 years of history, and we develop colors that customers want by mixing pigments and additives with rubber and plastic raw materials.

A2. We are looking for researchers who will learn pigment development know-how from Samsung Chemical Research Institute and develop it themselves .
This work requires developing color samples that are 100% identical to the client's request, and requires precise work such as understanding the concept of color and reading accurate numbers.
We are looking for someone who is hard-working and has a major in chemistry or engineering.

A7. The same 3-month training period applies to Korean employees, and after the training period, the decision on whether to convert to a full-time employee will be made through a performance evaluation. If converted to a full-time employee, visa support will also be provided.
